CANDIDATES’ DRESS REQUIREMENTS:

Black Tuxedo (no tails), White tux shirt with lay-down collar (no wing collar), Black bow tie & cummerbund, black socks, dress shoes, military baldric, white gloves & Knights sword (contact SK Charlie Giametta @  864-8414 or purchase it from Supreme, Lynch & Kelly or The English Company)

10:00 am - 3:00 pm - Registration - Casual Dress - Candidates must present a paid up Third Degree member card at the time of registration, and present a sword & service baldric (labeled with his name and Assembly number).

4:00 pm - Mass - Candidates in full tuxedo.

6:30 pm - Banquet - Candidates in tux, wives in formal wear.

Hospitality Suites open after dinner.

7:00 am - 8:00 am – Hospitality Suite open for Continental Breakfast.

9:00 am - 12:30 pm - Fourth Degree Ceremony-Candidates must present themselves in official dress to the District Marshall SK Charles Giametta no later than 8:00 am.

9:30 am -11:30 pm - Ladies Brunch in the Buckeye Room

$70.00 - Candidates fee, includes banquet dinner, social baldric, pin & fees.
$35.00 - Per person charge for others attending banquet.
$15.00 - Per person charge for ladies brunch.


District Assemblies shall collect the form 4’s, registration forms, all exempt/ banquet/ luncheon fees, and submit no later than February 24, 2007. Assembly comptrollers will issue two checks, a check for the Candidates fees made out to "Masters Fund" to be sent along with the Form 4’s to:
